We negotiate with the hotel or venue to get the best rates and least liability for you. We will provide a clear and concrete contract for your event.

After the contract is signed we will partner with you throughout the process as your trusted consultant.

  • Our business operates primarily on a commission-based model, where we are compensated directly by the hotel or venue. In some cases a nominal fee may apply, which will always be discussed transparently upfront.

Who We Are

With over 20 years of experience in hotel sales and management, Conference Solutions is a boutique, global site selection specialist. Founded by Anne Frey-Mott, a former National Sales Manager for Ritz Carlton San Francisco, the team has superior knowledge of hotel contracting. We know their language and how to get the most out of every hotel contract using years of experience working on both sides of the table.

As a boutique firm, we are able to give you the special attention you deserve. At Conference Solutions we build close relationships with our clients by understanding their immediate needs as well as their long-term objectives. We will partner with you from the planning stages through the execution of your event.

Meet the founder

An expert at architecting details, Anne Frey-Mott designs and executes flawless meetings that inspire. She has been in the business for 20 years, overseeing events for clients including Pubmatic, WBM, Wells Fargo Bank, The NFL Players Association, Credit Suisse First Boston, Sequoia Capital, Summit Partners, Thomas Publishing, Red 7 Media, Inc. and Fast Company magazines, Robert Mondavi, Source Media, Creative Good, Interactive Advertising Bureau and the NYU Departments of Tax, Law & Finance.
