She has been in the business for 20 years, overseeing events for clients including Wells Fargo Bank, The NFL Players Association, Credit Suisse First Boston, Sequoia Capital, Summit Partners, Thomas Publishing, Red 7 Media, Inc. and Fast Company magazines, Robert Mondavi, Source Media, Creative Good, Interactive Advertising Bureau and the NYU Departments of Tax, Law & Finance.
Lisa brings years of global experience in event management as a senior member of The Event Studio and Conference Solutions team. Her expertise lies in site selection, logistics, and detailed project management. Lisa has led engagements for clients including the NFL Players Association, Thomas Publishing Company, Sequoia Capital, MDB Capital, Liolios Group, and Inc. Always cool under pressure, Lisa draws on her background in hospitality management to add just the right touch to every event. Her strategic insights and experience over the course of her career ensure her clients’ events deliver on business objectives every time.
Gina discovered her passion for the events industry during college where she majored in Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Management. Gina has worked as a Corporate Engagements Planner at CH2M HILL where she supported internal clients with site selection through full service logistics and event execution. She has also worked with Petco Animal Supplies Stores managing logistics on their annual Store Leadership Summit and with the Petco Foundation on their annual fundraisers. At the Colorado Convention Center she supported meeting and event planners execute their vision within the 2.2 million square foot facility in downtown Denver.
When she found herself taking over the company event calendars and inputting ideas of how things could run smoother at work events, Emily Polson knew a career in event management was right for her. She has a passion for logistics and client relationships. She loves to figure out innovative ways to make the client’s and guest’s experience more than they dreamed it would be. Prior to joining Conference Solutions, Emily worked with many organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research and the Merchants of West Wash Park.
